REMINDER - HUC EMAIL POLICY
HUC-JIR must comply with Federal privacy laws and procedures. Therefore, we must make sure we are all using only the huc.edu email accounts when communicating via email with students, faculty and staff.
Here is a reminder from the registrar of the College-Institute’s official communications policy from the Student National Academic Handbook:
Official College-Institute Communication
HUC-JIR issues each student a College-Institute email address such as jsmith@HUC.EDU. HUC-JIR will use the student’s postal address or the HUC email address for official communications. It is the student’s responsibility to monitor the HUC email account on a regular basis.
Please take a moment to look at your email address in your Sakai Profile and make sure that it set to your HUC email account. (See the technical instructions below for how to change your email address.)
